It may have been a lazy Saturday afternoon crowd on hand to watch the Wake Forest-Richmond basketball game, but the Deacs came out with its best performance of the young season in a dominant 82-53 victory.
With the win the Deacs move to 4-4 on the season and will take on Charlotte on Tuesday night in the first road game of the season. Richmond falls to 1-7 and will head to Old Dominion on Wednesday night to take on the Monarchs.
The Deacs shot 42% from the three-point line and 57% from twos en route to a 54% shooting night.
