The All-ACC Teams for the 2015 football season were announced yesterday. Congratulations to senior linebacker Brandon Chubb (First-Team), Alex Kinal (Second Team), and Cam Serigne (Honorable Mention), for their inclusion on the All-ACC teams.
Brandon Chubb is the first Demon Deacon linebacker to receive a First Team award since Aaron Curry in 2008. Curry also won the Butkus Award for most outstanding linebacker in the country.
Cam Serigne was an honorable mention after recording 46 catches and four touchdowns on the year.
It was a bit of a surprise that Alex Kinal did not receive a First Team All-ACC award since he set all kinds of volume punting records, most prominently: most punts in NCAA history, and most punting yardage in NCAA history.
