Saturday, Nov. 7 saw several big time conference matchups including Florida State at Clemson, Duke at North Carolina and Notre Dame at Pittsburgh.
In a matchup of Atlantic division powers, No. 16 Florida State traveled to Death Valley to take on the No. 1 Clemson Tigers in a game that would ultimately decide who will represent the Atlantic division in Charlotte for the ACC Championship.
Florida State started things off with a bang, as running back Dalvin Cook broke a 75-yard touchdown run in the first minute of gameplay to put the ‘Noles up seven. FSU took a 10-6 lead into the half, only to be reined in during the second half by a stout Clemson defense, as the Tigers ultimately won by a final score of 23-13.
