Virginia Tech Baseball has gotten back to their winning ways of late, improving to 13-9 overall and 3-3 in the ACC after their latest homestand at English Field in Blacksburg.
Over the weekend, the Hokies took two-of-three from #1 Florida State, and one player is receiving special recognition from the ACC for his efforts.
On Sunday afternoon, the Hokies took the rubber match of their three game series against the top-ranked Seminoles by a final score of 17-0, behind eight scoreless innings and five strikeouts from redshirt-junior Nick Anderson, who was named ACC Co-Pitcher of the Week on Monday afternoon.
