Having fun yet? A seven-point win over Duke keeps the Hokies towards the top of the ACC, in the top 20 in the country, and avenges defeats to the Blue Devils last season. Tech led the entire contest, partially behind red hot three-point shooting, 42.9%, compared to Duke’s 27.6%. The trio of Keve Aluma, Tyrece Radford, & Jalen Cone continued to lead the way scoring a collective 49 points.
Up next, the Hokies travel to Winston-Salem to take the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. It’s part of a four-game stretch against schools at the bottom of the current ACC standings.
