Eight points and too many turnovers (We wouldn’t mention swallowed whistles, now would we?) dashed the Hokies hopes for a meaningful Cassell defense against the Virginia Wahoos. We can review the game, here, but that was January 16th and the Hokies are in the home stretch run of the 2024-2025 basketball season with something no one that we know of predicted.
