61 Isn’t a Whole Lot, but It was More than Enough
Coach Duffy reached down into the bench for this one. Freshmen Ramiya White and Myah Hazelton even got some playing time. But some of that came from Coach Duffy just trying something to shake things up in the 1st quarter. The Hokies just didn’t get off to a very good offensive start as they missed something around 7 shot attempts from inside and outside and hit nothing in the first 4:22 of the quarter.
