The big news out of Blacksburg today was the revelation of what the Virginia Tech Hokies will be wearing when they face the Clemson Tigers. The announcement came via the @HokiesFB twitter account:
In three short words: ALL MAROON EVERYTHING. We ran a poll at Gobbler Country, and the consensus was 65% (over 400 votes) for traditional. I think this fits the bill nicely. If you think back to A.C.C. media days, coach Justin Fuente still wasn’t over the loss to Clemson in the championship game. It’s no coincidence that the Hokies will be wearing the same color scheme as they did that night in Orlando.
