Virginia Tech running back Chance Black entered the NCAA transfer portal Friday, becoming the latest Hokie to make his intentions for 2024 known.

Black is a redshirt sophomore who was a part of the 2021 recruiting class for Tech. The former three-star prospect played high school football at Dorman High School in Roebuck, S.C.
In his three seasons at Virginia Tech, Black appeared in 25 games, with 48 rushing attempts for 141 yards.
