The Virginia Tech Hokies could get some good news on the injury front for this weekend’s big game at North Carolina.
Coach Justin Fuente spoke on Monday and covered a number of topics. One of those topics was presumed starting quarterback Hendon Hooker.
“I think he’s full-go right now,” Fuente said of Hooker.
This is good news for the Hokies. Oregon transfer Braxton Burmeister has started the first two games and done quite well in leading the Hokies to a 2-0 start. He wasn’t the most accurate in the win over Duke, however.
Hooker could give Virginia Tech’s passing game a major boost against a really talented North Carolina team.
