Virginia Tech head coach Brent Pry was in Charlotte this week representing the Hokies along with quarterback Kyron Drones, defensive end Antwaun Powell-Ryland and cornerback Dorian Strong for the 2024 ACC Kickoff event.
Pry discussed a wide range of topics, from recruiting to the 2024 squad. He also didn’t forget to mention the fans.
A reporter told Pry that the Hokies had college football’s best game-day atmosphere at Lane Stadium. Pry’s response: “Thank you — you’re right.”
Pry wasn’t done praising Virginia Tech fans.
“Oh, man, I love running out of that tunnel,” Pry said.
