The Virginia Tech Hokies are off this week after Saturday’s thorough 31-7 win over Stanford to improve to 3-3 ahead of the bye week. Next up for the Hokies is a Thursday night game at Lane Stadium against the Boston College Eagles.
While Virginia Tech doesn’t have a game this week, the Hokies are on the practice field and head coach Brent Pry met with the media Wednesday. Pry gave a couple of injury updates, one of which could see a multi-year starter out for the year.
Senior safety Jalen Stroman, who underwent offseason shoulder surgery, was injured in the season opener at Vanderbilt.
