I’d think of something snappier for a title but a two-fer Friday doesn’t sound that great. Either way, the Hokies got two copies of good news on Friday, one earlier in the day and one later.
Off the top rope, the Hokies started the 2020 class off on the right foot with a quarterback commitment. In-state Atlee quarterback Tyler Warren decided to end his recruitment super early and committed to his first college offer, Virginia Tech. Virginia and Syracuse also had offered him. Atlee is a high school in Mechanicsville, and he joins current Hokies players Austin Cannon (Atlee via FUMA) and Nick Reisenweaver (Lee-Davis) as players from that area.
