The Hokie Coaching staff has finally named the starting Quarterback, and for many the decision is a complete surprise, NOT... Ryan Willis has been named the “winner” of the Spring and Fall Quarterback Competition. With two nominations to major award watch lists and 10 games of ACC record challenging play in last season’s character building disappointment, Willis was the obvious choice.
