(Author’s Note: Apologies for this installment of the series taking so long. It’s been a difficult one to write, not because cranking out something to say on the topic is particularly difficult, but because it’s such a moving target. As the research was going on, the NLRB unionization authorization happened. Then the EA Sports video game revenue sharing decision is being discussed and finalized. Of course, the ACC disintegration and reorganization is continuing even with the odd crippled schedule now being implemented in a conference that cannot possibly have a true champion or championship. It’s a mess and getting messier by the week.
