BLACKBURG, Va. -- Zach LeDay scored 19 points and Justin Bibbs added 17 points to lead Virginia Tech to an 88-53 victory over Lamar on Sunday.
LeDay hit 8 of 13 from the floor and grabbed 10 rebounds for his sixth double-double of the season. Bibbs tied a career-high with five 3-pointers and the Hokies had six players reach double figures for the first time this season.
Virginia Tech (7-3) scored the first 12 points of the game and never trailed. Lamar (5-4) missed its first seven shots from the floor and didn't score until Marcus Owens' field goal with 14:22 left in the first half.
