The Virginia Tech Hokies (9-5, 1-2) look to get back on the winning track Wednesday night when they host the 22nd-ranked Clemson Tigers (11-3, 1-2) from Cassell Coliseum.
Tech enters Wednesday’s game, having lost back-to-back ACC games at Wake Forest and Florida State. The Demon Deacons dominated the Hokies, but VT blew several opportunities to put away the Seminoles over the weekend.
Clemson started the season red hot but, like Virginia Tech, has also lost two consecutive ACC games to Miami and North Carolina.
The Tigers are once again led by senior center PJ Hall, who is averaging 19.
