The day was nearly perfect on Sunday, except for a Hokie baseball team that was more than a bit tired after the 22 inning 2-game marathon on Saturday. The bright sunshine, clear sky, and crisp comfortable temperatures didn’t seem to really do a whole lot for either team’s sticks, though Binghamton generated just enough more offense over 9 to nip the Hokies.
Union Park will be here by next season, they promise, but English Field is looking pretty sad at the moment.
