Isaiah Ford had a record-breaking career for the Virginia Tech Hokies from 2014-16. A three-star recruit from Jacksonville, Fla., Ford quickly emerged as a starter for the Hokies in 2014.
Ford caught 56 passes for 709 yards and six touchdowns as a true freshman. Ford took an even bigger step forward in 2015, catching 75 passes for 1,164 yards and 11 touchdowns. He was a first-team All-ACC selection in 2015.
Justin Fuente took over as head coach in 2016 after the retirement of the legendary Frank Beamer and the new boss quickly realized what he had in Ford.
