TYLER, Texas – Virginia Tech quarterback Jerod Evans has been named one of 16 Semifinalists for The Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award, which recognzes the nation's outstanding Divsion I offensive player of the year who meets one or more of the organization's criteria.
