College football season is upon us. The Virginia Tech Hokies kick off the 2024 season this week with the opening of fall camp. Tech’s first game is exactly one month away when the Hokies travel to Nashville to play the Vanderbilt Commodores of the SEC.
With fall camps opening around the ACC this week, the league released its preseason poll, and, no surprise, the Florida State Seminoles are No. 1. The ‘Noles won the ACC in 2023 with a 13-1 overall record and 8-0 record in league play. FSU led all teams with 2,708 points, with Clemson coming in second with 2,657 points.
