It’s Kyle Guy’s 22nd birthday, and the recently drafted Sacramento King is on hand with fellow draftees at the 2019 Rookie Photo Shoot. To make sure his big day wasn’t forgotten, former Virginia teammates — and National Champions — De’Andre Hunter and Ty Jerome led a chorus of ‘Happy Birthday’ while presenting Guy with a decorated cookie cake.
Hunter and Jerome walked the cookie cake through the sea of assorted NBA jerseys, delivered the goods, then perfectly executed their signature handshakes with Guy. Not too shabby.
Of course the event isn’t just cake and singing, the UVA rookies also had various photo shoots with their future teammates and some cool solo shots.
