Early Wednesday evening, UVA football fans received welcome news. Bronco Mendenhall has not been shy about saying the Cavaliers' biggest need is added depth along the offensive and defensive lines. Some of that depth got added to the fold in the form of 6'4, 295 pound offensive guard Jordan Cohen. Streaking the Lawn caught up with Cohen to learn more about why he chose UVA.
Cohen hails from Owings Mills, Maryland, a suburb of Baltimore. He played his high school ball for the McDonogh School, and was rated one of the top guards in the country coming out of high school in the class of 2014.
