After opening the season with a road win at Pittsburgh and dominating William & Mary at home, Virginia Football has entered the AP Top 25. The Hoos come in at No. 25 this week, and it’s the first time UVA has been ranked since the October 28th poll last season when they were No. 23. This is the earliest in the season that Virginia has been ranked since 2005 (preseason No. 25).
Virginia welcomes the struggling Florida State Seminoles (1-1) to Scott Stadium on Saturday night. FSU blew a big halftime lead to Boise State in their season opener before nearly doing the same thing in Week 2 against UL-Monroe.
