Wednesday, November 11 marked the first day of the fall signing period, and it took less than 48 hours for the new Hoos to sign their letters of intent. Ty Jerome, Kyle Guy, Jay Huff, and DeAndre Hunter each signed on the dotted line, thus officially joining the Virginia basketball program.
The quartet of future Wahoos make up a top ten class, but the crazy thing is, the top ranking does not include arguably the two top newcomers for the 2016-17 season. Memphis transfer Austin Nichols and former five-star Mamadi Diakite are already in Charlottesville, and will spend the upcoming winter learning the pack-line defense.
