The Virginia Cavaliers now have triple-digit MLB Draft selections under head coach Brian O’Connor. Griff O’Ferrall was selection #99 after he was drafted to the Baltimore Orioles at pick #32, and Ethan Anderson was selection #100 for Coack Oak since he came to Charlottesville in 2004 after he was drafted with the #62 pick, also by the Baltimore Orioles.

O’Ferrall was the first Cavalier off the board Sunday night. The Orioles took the 2024 Brooks Wallace Award winner and Second Team All-American shortstop in the PPI round.
