The Virginia Cavalier football team are 4-1 overall and 1-0 in the ACC following Saturday’s big home win, and some coaches around the league are starting to notice. Today (Sunday), the USA Today Coaches Poll was released, and there was a new team in the “receiving votes” category: your Wahoos.
Alabama took the top spot once again, followed by reigning national champion Clemson. Penn State, Washington, and Georgia round out the top five. The ACC has five teams currently ranked in the coaches poll (including Notre Dame):
