The Virginia Men’s Basketball practice ended with a fun surprise for one player as head coach Tony Bennett awarded a scholarship to second year forward Austin Katstra. Bennett brought Katstra out as part of a free throw shooting drill, and he nailed the shot.
“That was a big free throw,” Bennett said. “You just got a scholarship.” The rest of the squad cheered and mobbed their teammate. Take a look: :
