Last season, Greyson Lambert started for Virginia in its season opening loss to UCLA. This year, Lambert is once again a week one starter, but his stage is a bit bigger. Georgia head coach Mark Richt announced today that Lambert will start for the Bulldogs against Louisiana-Monroe on Saturday.

Lambert was not spectacular for the Cavaliers last season, throwing for 1,632 yards on 59-percent passing with 10 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.
