Hoos fall to Hurricanes, 27-21

When Coach London and the staff look back on this Miami game, they will surely kick themselves for the missed opportunities in the redzone. For almost the entire game the Cavaliers were competing with Miami and were just a few more complete passes or broken up throws from tying it, or snatching victory from the jaws of defeat. Questionable play calling obviously did not help matters either.

The player of the game for the Hoos was without a doubt, kicker Ian Frye, who connected on four field goals, including a 47 and 48 yarder. Without Frye, UVa would have been embarrassed.
