Before Saturday’s loss, the Virginia Cavaliers had beaten Notre Dame four consecutive times in the regular season. But now the ‘Hoos are staring at their own fourth consecutive loss of the season. With another loss on Friday, the ‘Hoos will run the risk of falling out of a top eight seed for the first time since 2018 when they lost in the first round to Loyola.
