Scorers' duel between Brogdon and Blossomgame keeps game tight into final minutes
Jarron Blossomgame had another huge night for the Clemson Tigers against Virginia. The first time the two teams met in January, Blossomgame led Clemson with 28 points, including shooting 4-of-6 from beyond the arc. Tonight, Blossomgame added 31 more and was again 4-of-6 from three.
But the valiant effort from Clemson's All-ACC candidate wasn't enough. Virginia held off a spirited Tigers squad and walked out of South Carolina with a 7-point victory, 64 to 57.
Malcolm Brogdon again led Virginia's scoring effort, pouring in 18 points, 12 from three in a 4-of-7 performance from deep.
