UVa announced Monday morning that Craig Littlepage has returned to his full-time role as the Cavaliers’ athletic director after a nearly four-month-long leave of absence.
Littlepage’s “adjusted schedule,” as the school had called it, began on Oct. 24 because Littlpage needed to tend to a personal matter. “It’s important that I focus my attention on the wellness of an aging member of my family in the coming weeks that will require frequent travel outside of Charlottesville,” Littlepage said at the time. His absence was extended indefinitely on Jan. 18, the day before Dennis Hohenshelt resigned as head volleyball coach.
