The Cavaliers received their second commitment in just over the past 24 hours, and 12th overall, late Wednesday night as Ashburn, VA native Chris Moore chose the Hoos.
A 6-foot-2, 185 pound cornerback from Broad Run High School, Moore received an offer from Virginia following his showing at UVa's 7-on-7 tournament this past weekend and clearly the coaching staff left a positive impression.
Moore picked Virginia over offers from Army, Air Force, Navy and a few smaller programs.
Moore, who is unrated by the major scouting services, is the program's fourth defensive commitment for 2016 and the third defensive back, joining three-star Nick Grant and two-star Darrius Bratton, who committed on Tuesday.
