In another major transfer portal win for the Virginia Cavaliers football team, former North Carolina Tar Heels receiver and Virginia native Andre Greene Jr. has announced his commitment to Tony Elliott’s program after two years in Chapel Hill.

Greene Jr. has three years of eligibility remaining after he redshirted his first season at UNC. While his stats with the Tar Heels aren’t necessarily mind-blowing — in 11 appearances he registered five catches for 43 yards and a touchdown — it’s his potential as an outside receiver that stands out.
