COMMITMENT: UVA basketball picks up VCU transfer wing Martin Careere

After bringing in three transfer guards, the Virginia Cavaliers have nabbed a commitment from VCU redshirt freshman Martin Careere. The 6-foot-8, 180-pound Frenchman, who spent his first season redshirting for Ryan Odom in Richmond, is the first VCU player to follow Odom to Charlottesville. He joins guards Duke Miles (Oklahoma), Jacari White (North Dakota State), and Sam Lewis (Toledo) as portal commits for the Wahoos.
