After relying on out-of-state talent for the first few years of the Bronco Mendenhall era, the Virginia Cavaliers continued adding talent from the Commonwealth with a commitment from Bluefield blue-chip prospect Brody Meadows.
Meadows plays at Graham High School, the same school that produced Virginia legend Bill Dudley. At 6-foot-6 and 280 pounds, he has a Power Five frame—with Power Five offers to match. Meadows chose UVA over offers from West Virginia, Tennessee, Maryland, Michigan State, Georgia Tech, and Arizona State, among others.
He is a four-star on Rivals, with a 247 Composite rating of 89.
