Things just keep getting better for the Virginia Cavaliers. Straight off of its big Saturday night win over Florida State, 2020 defensive end Brandon Williams decided he wanted to continue his playing career in Charlottesville with Bronco Mendenhall and the Hoos.
Williams, who is listed at 6’3, 225 pounds, is a 4-star rated recruit (per Rivals) out of Isidore Newman School in New Orleans. He was in Charlottesville over the weekend for his official visit and picked Virginia over offers from Tennessee, Texas A&M, Purdue, Florida, and Miami, among others.
He becomes the 11th member of the 2020 class and is the highest rated of the group.
