College basketball rankings: Virginia drops in both AP poll and Coaches' poll, while Kansas moves to number one

After a week that saw Virginia drop a tough road game against a top-fifteen opponent at Miami, then win an even bigger matchup with top-ten foe North Carolina at home, the Hoos held steady in the AP and Coaches' polls, dropping only one spot to fourth in both.
