The Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl for the first time in franchise history on Sunday night with a 41-33 win over the New England Patriots. In doing so, they made safety Rodney McLeod and defensive end Chris Long world champions for the first and second time in their respective careers.
Long, a unanimous first-team All-American in his fourth year on Grounds, won last year’s game as a member of the Patriots, and is on his third team in as many years after signing a two-year deal with the Eagles last offseason.
