The Virginia Cavaliers are headed to the 2024 Paris Olympics in large numbers. At this time, the ‘Hoos are represented in five Olympic sports: women’s soccer, women’s tennis, women’s track and field, men’s swim, and women’s swim.
In fact, Virginia has nearly taken over the Women’s Olympic Swim Team. Not only is Team USA coached by Virginia’s own Todd DeSorbo, but the ‘Hoos now make up 25% of the Women’s Olympic team.
As the Olympic Trials wind down, Wahoo fans are proud of the Virginia representation. So, let’s check out each of the Virginia athletes headed to Paris.
