All-ACC first teamer looks like he should be good to go for ACC tournament despite MCL sprain.

Virginia’s win over Notre Dame on Saturday was an emotional affair as the Hoos sent the seniors off in style with a 62-57 victory. It wasn’t drama-free, however. With 5:36 left in the first half against the Irish, Virginia’s superstar guard Kyle Guy crumpled to the floor holding his knee after what appeared to be an off-ball collision. He left the court with UVA’s trainer, Ethan Saliba, but returned to the bench shortly after.

After halftime, Guy came back out to the bench with a new brace, and would play eight minutes in the second half.
