Reflecting on week one, everything was fine until the Florida schools took the field. In fact, we were perfect on our bets up until 3:30. The Heels lost their quarterback and the under smacked. Georgia looked like Georgia and Dabo looked the other way. And the alleged playoff dark horse, Virginia Tech, went to OT and lost to the SEC’s worst program.
As for the Virginia Cavaliers, covering against Richmond, or any FCS opponent for that matter, must be the baseline moving forward. The fan base, the university, and the conference expect you to win those games and win them in a certain way.
