For just the third time since 1971, no Virginia Cavaliers were selected in the NFL Draft. Fortunately, some former players will still have an opportunity to prove their worth through free agency, as teams scramble to pick up the latest crop of undrafted rookies.

Expected by many to be a mid-tier pick heading into the draft, Snowden sat through all seven rounds without hearing his name called (last season’s ankle injury might have scared teams away).
If nothing else, maybe it will give the 6’7 do-it-all outside linebacker a bit of a chip on his shoulder, as he heads to Chicago.
