Former Virginia club rower Matt Miller will be representing the United States in the Men’s Four in Rio de Janeiro in the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in August, USRowing has previously. This will be the first Olympics for Miller, from Springfield, Virginia and a 2011 systems engineer at Virginia.
Miller is the first UVA men’s rowing Olympian since 2001 graduate Wyatt Allen, who won gold in Athens in 2004 and bronze in Beijing in 2008 in the Eights.
