Despite some struggles from deep, the No. 2 Virginia Cavaliers traveled to Atlanta and picked up a coveted ACC road win with a 64-48 victory over Georgia Tech in front of a sold out crowd. DeAndre Hunter led the way for Virginia with 17 points and got double digit points from Ty Jerome (12 points), Kyle Guy (11 points), and Devon Hall (11 points). The Hoos shot 45.6% from the field in the game and held Georgia Tech to just 39% from the field. Tadric Jackson led the Jackets with 14 points.
