Villanova offers 4-star, 2022 guard Corey Floyd Jr.

The Villanova Wildcats offered four-star, class of 2022 guard Corey Floyd Jr. on Monday night.

A standout player at New Jersey powerhouse Roselle Catholic, Floyd originally announced his final seven list over a week ago, trimming his extensive list of offers down to just Miami, Rutgers, Wake Forest, Florida, UConn, Auburn, and his father’s alma mater, Providence.

He confirmed that the Wildcats are now in consideration along with those other schools.

Last season, he averaged just over 11 points per game in a crowded rotation. He is a strong, physical guard that excels at finishing inside.
