Calling it an exodus would be a bit much, but Villanova Football is experiencin some serious staff turnover ahead of Mark Ferrante’s first season in charge.
Head Strength & Conditioning Coach Jake Cox has left his post at Villanova to take charge of the Baylor Bears football program in Waco, TX.
Cox had been in charge for three years on the Main Line, and his tenure was a smashing success. His Villanova teams were big and fast and he developed both Don Cherry and Tanoh Kpassagnon from under-recruited prospects into NFL players.
Best of luck in Waco, Coach!
