Happy Friday Nova Nation! Baker Dunleavy, now in his second season as the head coach of the Quinnipiac Bobcats, is returning to his roots to take on his former coach and mentor. Dunleavy played for Wright at Villanova for four seasons alongside greats like Randy Foye and Kyle Lowry. He would go on to join Wright’s coaching staff and rise all the way up to Associate Head Coach, where he’d help the Wildcat’s win their second National Championship in school history.
Wright doesn’t love the idea of competing against his former assistants, he’d rather just get a meal and talk basketball with them.
