The junior was used in a much more important role this season, and had his share of shining moments
Darryl Reynolds averaged just 1.4 PPG last season (shout-out to Skip Bayless) and just 5.4 MPG. After the news of Tim Delaney's hip surgery, the backup role for Daniel Ochefu was up for grabs. The junior logged double digit minutes in all but two games this season, showing that he was capable of taking on a much bigger challenge.
With Daniel Ochefu graduating, Reynolds should expect similar workload this season, and possibly more.
